Work you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end process for onboarding clients/Deloitte teams onto digital platforms (include setup, management of platforms, support, queries, feedback and others) to ensure successful project delivery with good user experience.
- Drive adoption to using digital platforms via change management initiatives (i.e. communicating and engaging senior leaders/business users).
- Conduct and/or facilitate impactful training and engagement sessions for both Deloitte teams and clients.

Requirements
- Must have Bachelor’s degree from an established University.
- Has 1–2 years of experience in project coordination and prior exposure to tax-related systems/processes or digital project is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in engaging stakeholders across various levels and ability to facilitate training and/or engagement.
- Proficient in Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query), with strong skills in data management, reconciliation, and organizing data for reporting and analysis is an advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working independently or collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated user-centric thinking, with a passion for improving user experience and driving adoption of digital tools.
