Work you’ll do
 

Team responsibilities

 

  • Participate and contribute to Deloitte’s digital transformation by increasing user adoption, capturing accurate data and delivering meaningful insights
  • Provide analytical and insights support for key stakeholders across business units in Asia Pacific
  • Promote analytics driven decision making

 

  • Support CRM operations around sales management, reporting and marketing
  • Advise on best practices in application set-up, workflow and customizations

 

  • Develop reports/dashboards using Salesforce
  • Transform CRM data into actionable insights

 

  • Manage CRM data quality and ensure data accuracy
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution

 

  • Ad-hoc CRM related matters and areas you would like to drive improvement

 

 

Role 1: AP CRM Adoption (Change Management) enabler - Responsibilities

 

  • Communications
    • Prepare monthly newsletter and draft ad-hoc announcements
    • Maintain internal Teams site and Intranet page

 

  • Training
    • Conduct training for leaders and support teams of core AP dimensions (Businesses, Geographies, Priority Account & Sector programs, etc.)
    • Develop and maintain training materials

 

  • Adoption
    • Prepare monthly AP Adoption KPI scorecard
    • Connect with AP ecosystems to improve on weaknesses and identify best practices

 

Previous experience in driving change in a complex environment and engaging directly with leaders is a plus

 

 

Role 2: AP CRM Functionality enabler - Responsibilities

 

  • Requirement Gathering
    • Engage with core AP ecosystems (Business, Geographies, Priority Account & Sector programs, etc.) to understand and shape priority requirements
    • Translate into mock-ups for discussion with Global Design team and other stakeholders

 

  • Product Design Meetings
    • Host bi-weekly AP Product Design meetings to build consensus on change requests around 3 functionality buckets: Sales Management (Opportunity & Accounts), Reporting & Analytics and Marketing (Contacts & Campaigns)
    • Attend equivalent Global Product Design meetings and support AP representation

 

  • Ongoing Platform Management
    • Participate in bi-monthly Jupiter release to ensure delivery of change requests meets expectations
    • Provide technical expertise for questions on existing functionality, including report building

 

Previous experience in Salesforce or CRM/ERP as a Business Analyst welcome

 

 

Role 3: AP CRM Operations enabler - Responsibilities

 

  • Issue Identification
    • Engage with key AP stakeholders (Geographies, Businesses, etc.) to understand their main pain points around user experience and platform administration
    • Identify common pain points, build business case and raise to appropriate SMEs for resolution

 

  • Operate Meetings
    • Host monthly AP Operate call with Local Admins of each AP Geography and key SMEs (Global Technology Services, Global Data Management Services, etc.)
    • Present monthly pain points for discussion and build consensus around plan for resolution and process improvement

 

  • Regional User Support
    • Initially act as first line of support for tickets and emails from key AP users
    • Define processes across the user support community to ensure AP users receive swift support and are satisfied with the platform

 

Previous Project Management, Operations or User Support experience welcome

 

Role 4: AP CRM User Support (Helpdesk) enabler - Responsibilities

 

  • Regional User Support
    • Act as first line of support for tickets and emails from key AP users
    • Apply and improve existing processes to ensure AP users receive swift support and are satisfied with the CRM platform

 

  • AP CRM Team Support
    • Support other work streams once User Support activities are completed
    • Opportunity to lead ad-hoc initiatives
      • Proposed Area of focus: Leadership & Ecosystem Reporting

Requirements

 

 

Experience and educational requirements (for role 1 to 3)

 

  • An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
  • Diligent in execution and able to think critically
  • Enjoy working with data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Ability to present ideas to multi-functional teams and leaders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail

 

  • Working knowledge of CRM or ERP strongly preferred
  • Analytical ability with proven experience using MS Excel and PPT
  • Experience with business processes, analytics, data, predictive modeling or business intelligence welcome
  • Familiarity with concepts like Macro/SQL/HTML/Python a plus

 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred – open to all fields demonstrating candidate’s ability to learn quickly and structure complex processes (Engineering, Programming, Statistics, Music, Literature, Sociology, etc.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • English working language, other Asian language a plus
