Work you’ll do

 

Designer

  • Plan, prioritise and execute omnichannel design communications (print, web, digital, packaging, motion and environments)
  • Translate project briefs and brand strategy into effective creative concepts, directions and solutions
  • Assist in design research, image search, as well as the analysis of category codes or graphic materials used in visual audits
  • Coordinate and prepare presentation materials for internal meetings and client presentations
  • Develop, implement and manage visual design systems for all branding expressions according to the project brief
  • Collaborating with consultants and other cross-disciplinary professionals to deliver exceptional design outcomes on-time and on-budget

 

Copywriter/Digital Strategist

  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create cutting-edge propositions and offerings
  • Research, plan and strategise digital marketing and engagement for B2B and B2C brands across industries 
  • Create original, impactful and engaging copy for brand touchpoints from value propositions, brand communications and script videos/demos
  • Develop effective content strategies and lead omni-channel campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Manage social media assets, influencers and the brand community
  • Conduct effective digital audits across brand touchpoints, analyse UX/UI experiences to deliver meaningful insights, map and optimise user journeys 
  • Reporting, analysing data and distilling insights that improve marketing performance and drive user engagement
  • At the same time, working with the creative team and adding value to the design process by brainstorming design directions, interpreting design intent and ensuring timely delivery of creative concepts

Qualifications
 
 
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply (Bachelor or higher degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia or a related field is preferred)
  • Experience in leading and managing cross-disciplinary teams across branding, digital and multimedia design, UX/UI/CX, motion or environments
  • Breadth and depth of portfolio spanning corporate and consumer work
  • Self-motivated, team-playing and passionate about creating impact through branding
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; skills in After Effects or Adobe XD are a plus
  • Equipped with a strong foundation in aesthetics (typography, photography, film, composition, colour, and hierarchy).
  • Self-motivated, team-playing and passionate about creating impact through branding
  • Results-focused futuremaker, comfortable in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world
  • Team player who actively supports and contributes to business development efforts, pitches and proposals
  • Proactive creative thought leader, able to capture project case studies and orchestrate relevant industry award submissions to build Deloitte’s brand reputation
