Work you will do
This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors, we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. That elevating the human experience creates enduring value, for the organization, for the customer, for society, for all.
Strategy at Deloitte brings together the art and science of making, empowering our clients to drive the impact that they want to see in world. The Strategy Director is the key client advisor and relationship anchor, responsible for leading large-scale project engagements, building enduring client relationships and driving growth through organic and new business.
You will participate in the following:
Strategic Management
- Lead full breadth and depth of B2B/B2C brand development, transformation or development projects (e.g. market research, digital marketing, analytics and insights, positioning, architecture, naming, activation) across industries and with companies of all sizes and stages—from start-ups to mature enterprises.
- Set strategic direction and governance to establish project goals across the brand eco-system and ensure effective delivery throughout the lifecycle of a project.
- Stay updated on shifts in the market, anticipate client needs and create plans to effectively navigate those changes
- Plan & manage budget including annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting and tracking
- Leverage, optimise and enhance Deloitte’s proprietary tools and frameworks, so as to proactively identify opportunities for value creation
Project Management
- Ensure project profitability by effectively scoping deliverables and work streams
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and the relevant stakeholders to ensure each phase of a project proceeds as planned
- Track project progress including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management
- Lead regular project progress reviews to ensure that the deliverables are met and intervene if necessary
Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships and collaboration with internal and external (client/partner) senior stakeholders. This includes relevant partners related to market research and marketing related technologies.
- Provide project progress updates to Partner at regular intervals
- Mentor and support team members, monitor progress on a consistent basis and remain open and available

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
- 15-20 years of experience of successfully leading, developing and implementing branding/digital marketing projects across diverse industry sectors, including team development and growth through existing and new clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and organisational skills
- Leadership, mentoring and coaching competencies
- Self-motivated, team-playing and passionate about creating impact through branding
- Willing to push beyond the current capabilities and find the best solution for the business and our customers.
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
- Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad)
