Work you’ll do

 

The Global (DTTL) People team supports our talented, forward-thinking professionals with a broad range of development, well-being, and engagement programs to enhance their professional and personal journeys. We provide top-notch, leading-edge thinking and advisory support and partner with our businesses to ensure our professionals develop the right skills and talents to deliver on ambitious priorities. 

 

  • This position assists with the design, development and execution of compensation/remuneration activities for the organization that advances Deloitte Global People strategies and goals, while enhancing the organization’s ability to attract high performing employees and maximize employee productivity, engagement and retention.  In addition, this role will have a global component through analysis and consultation to leadership, supporting the annual compensation process for individuals assigned to Deloitte Global. 
  • Support and actively contribute to the annual salary/remuneration administration and bonus planning process. Assists in building project plans, communication materials and excel files. Prepare comprehensive report of findings and assist in developing executive summary presentation for review with senior management.
  • Analyze market and internal data to provide guidance and pay recommendations for internal and external job offers, equity and other ad-hoc analyses that support the business.
  • Support and collaborate on various compensation/remuneration projects including the design, communication and implementation of new plans and programs.
  • Analyze market benchmark surveys; competitive market data and develop recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures and bonus targets as appropriate.
  • Collaborate in tracking for various compensation/remuneration reporting, including budget/spend, and scenario planning.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships within designated geographic region. Keep apprised of applicable geography benefit & compensation laws and regulations.

Requirements

 

 

  • Bachelors/Undergraduate degree required
  • Advanced business degree, and/or certification in CCP and/or GRP desired
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation, finance, or related field required
  • Strong analytic and excel skills; ability to analyze, synthesize and draw conclusions from data is required.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent written, verbal and presentation capabilities.
  • The successful candidate should be results-oriented and have the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-confident, self-motivated and highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Employee-pay expertise including job evaluation, market pricing, and incentive plan design preferred
  • Expertise designing pay structures and/or implementing pay structures on a national scale preferred
  • Experience as a Consultant for a professional services organization or with an organization that has a global footprint, is highly desirable, but not required
  • Experience working in a dynamic / matrixed organization preferred
  • Experience as subject matter expert on global compensation/remuneration schemes (Asia Pacific regions in particular) preferred
