Work you’ll do

As the SAP BSA you will be responsible for analyzing requirements, scripting, preparing test data, executing & analyzing business processes using various test and defect management tools and related suite of products.

Primary Duties:

• Drive functional quality of multiple applications and manage business engagement.
• Partner with Product Owner to decompose and refine features and stories to effectively represent business requirements and desired outcomes
• Work with the Scrum Team to translate the ‘what’ defined by the Product Owner into the ‘how’
• Engage and partner with QA /UAT to design optimal test coverage to validate business outcomes
• Create business use cases leveraging deep understanding of business process flow and procedures
• Lead process documentation development for change events to include change management approach
• Work closely with engineering partners to develop solutions which meet the business requirements in an optimal, lean fashion
• Engage in scrum ceremonies
• Work across lines of business and teams to minimize risks and drive efficiency for solution
• Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, procedures, and processes

Requirements

• The candidate must have minimum a bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience with at least 3 years of experience as a BSA
• Experience with delivery tools such as JIRA or ADO
• Experienced in leading delivery using Agile methodologies. SAFe preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to SAP based systems.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to understand and adhere to change management procedures
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services
• Ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
• Capable of taking ownership of tasks from start to end
