In this truly global environment, we operate not in "what is" but rather "what can be" to help Deloitte deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.As the SAP FICO RTR Manager, you will lead efforts in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, policies, and procedures.
Primary Duties:
- Manage enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis
- Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Evaluate results within business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met
- Analyze and resolve enterprise software issues and needs including improvement of system efficiency and integration of existing software applications into ERP solutions
- Guide the direction, operations, and maintenance for SAP S/4 Record to Report processes
- Global support, including but not limited to the SAP S/4 RTR functionality of Enterprise Structure, General ledger transactions, Intercompany and Financial Consolidations supporting legal and management reporting
- Execute complex build activities, integrate designs across multiple technologies and projects
- Design and manage a complex system testing environment. Confirm supportability of implementation plans
- Assist client with configuration design decisions. Participate in client meetings on subject matter expertise as appropriate
- Monitor compliance to standardized procedures and best practices and create new policies and processes as needed
- Oversee complex decisions and make recommendations to customers/clients.
- Provide leadership with regular status updates and potential issues
- Go-to person for any issues or items around the RTR processes
- Lead deployment discussions and activities for certain processes within the team
- Manage daily progress and status of deliverables on projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline;
- At least 8 years of directly related experience including subject matter expertise in area(s) managed, as well as at least one year of leadership responsibility
- Extensive functional/technical implementation experience with SAP/S4 FICO products/functionality; advanced configuration and design skills
- Working knowledge and significant experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Adept at implementing of software change management processes and governance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technology-enabled business solutions and customer interactions; experience in leading teams in virtual environments on complex projects
- Subject matter expert in configuration and implementation of the organization structure and key functionalities of the S/4 HANA FI-CO area including general ledge accounting, strong integration with the SD module and have solid accounting principles
