Work you’ll do

As the Assistant Manager SAP SD MDM, you will lead efforts in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, policies, and procedures.

 

Primary Duties:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide suitable solutions in S/4 HANA Client to Cash process
  • Coordination with project team stakeholders, business, and SAP functional/technical resources in designing and implementing solutions
  • Create design documents Functional specifications
  • Collaborate with development teams in designing solutions, enhancements and provide functional inputs and Test solutions and provide support to business in test cycles
  • Work independently with the client, understand the business process, provide design related recommendation, proactively participating and addressing the design issues
  • Demonstrate expertise in integrating SD module with other S/4 HANA modules like FI, PS, MM etc. and interfacing other 3rd party applications
  • Identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organizations Order to Cash Process and enabling technologies end to end
  • Perform problem root cause analysis to implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end Implementation, Roll out and Support projects in SAP SD on SAP S/4 HANA
  • Expert knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution module
  • Experience in SAP PS module will be an advantage .
  • Good knowledge on BRF+ configurations, IDOCs, workflows

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Able to understand and adhere to change management procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services
  • Ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
  • Capable of taking ownership of tasks from start to end
