Work you’ll do

As the Cloud Configuration Management (CCM) Engineer, you will be responsible for automation, monitoring, designing and managing across CSP IaaS configuration to ensure consistency across integrated systems and increase efficiency. The Configuration Management team flexes to support business-lead software development while bringing to bear best practices which streamline and fully automate processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Dynatrace to Puppet
• Build and manage automation scripts related to Dynatrace installation & uninstallation
• Troubleshoot and Remediate Puppet errors in servers across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP & On-Prem
• Automate by building Bash scripts to remediate errors permanently
• Troubleshoot on Linux servers for remediating server association errors across multiple CSPs
• Remediate installation issues related server agents such as BigFix, Crowd strike, Splunk, Qualys and SCCM (Dynatrace to be included)
• Use Fast APIs to remediate agent installation in servers across multiple CSPs
• Manage and modify Bash scripts existing on the GitHub as per requirements
• Maintain software's on the Azure Blob Storage and action if any upgrade required

Requirements

• Proven track record of performing cloud engineering configurations, troubleshooting, design, and development of required solutions
• Understanding of the environment and specifics of how technology is developed and deployed at Deloitte
• Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Python Scripting, API development, and GitHub
• Experience with Configuration Management with knowledge of tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Terraform

 Preferred:

• Certified on Scrum Fundamentals and have strong knowledge in more than one cloud platform (AWS or Azure or GCP).
