Work you’ll do

 

The Client Services Director role for the APAC Region supports the Global Contact Center Managing Director in the execution of the organizational expansion strategy. As the primary point of contact representing the Global Contact Center, this role guides and influences Senior Leadership vision and decisions across the Americas region. The role builds trusted relationships with client stakeholders by providing strategic advice and leadership to execute on short and long-term vision and evolution of the GCC organization. The role is responsible for executing the expansion of services and identifying areas to initiate performance improvements, increasing operational efficiencies and elevating client service delivery models. Role must ensure the financial metrics align with communicated goals.

Global CoRe provides seven fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, data management assessment services, data protection, procurement, and real estate. We develop new and innovative ways to improve how these services are delivered across the organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization within and across borders.


Requirements

 

Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate, consult and influence senior leaders, business partners, internal and external customers, and colleagues to drive business results
  • Help to lead and support a high performing agile organization through relationship management with contracted clients
  • Ability to negotiate business agreements; enhance existing and develop new business partnerships
  • Ability to manage projects and resolve complex issues through completion
  • Strong Customer Centric client orientation
  • Strong aptitude for working with broad scope of technical, business, and professional subject matter; quick and agile
    learner
  • Extensive knowledge of the APAC Region and experience working across diverse geographies
    Ability to communicate in multiple Asian languages

 

Preferred:

  • 10+ years of client facing experience
  • Masters Degree in Business or International Relations
  • Strong knowledge of local market
  • Culturally sensitive and inclusive
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization where regional success is dependent on ability to work with extended teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and across APAC regions
