Work you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through offer and hire, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Proactively build diverse and high quality talent pipelines for technical roles using targeted and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a strong focus on time-to-fill, continuously identifying ways to streamline processes and accelerate hiring outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing clear guidance on role scope, market insights, and talent availability.
• Confidently manage up by advising stakeholders on hiring locations, role levels, and organizational structures to ensure optimal recruiting outcomes.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks or challenges to Talent Acquisition Leadership, offering practical solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting, ideally supporting technical or digital roles (e.g., engineering, data, product, cyber, cloud).
• Strong interest and proven capability in candidate sourcing, with hands on experience using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Experience leveraging modern recruiting methods, including LinkedIn and other online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and partnerships with agencies or headhunters.
• Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition fundamentals, including hiring processes, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable working flexible hours to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and recruiting teams across time zones
