Work you’ll do

  • Maintain Professional Qualification (PQ) trackers and ensure accuracy of staff qualification, enrolment, and exam status data and results
  • Prepare and track Training Agreements (TAs), including coordination for approvals and sign-offs
  • Coordinate exam enrolment cycles, track deadlines, and follow up with employees
  • Manage tuition enrolments between students and providers
  • Act as a key point of contact for PQ-related queries and liaise with internal/external stakeholders, including delivering orientation briefings on PQ matters
  • Execute PQ processes and ensure compliance with firm and professional body requirements
  • Manage ad-hoc cases (e.g. enrolment issues, qualification pathways, special requests)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations, L&D, or programme coordination
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
  • Experience supporting professional qualifications or certification programmes is an advantage
