Work you’ll do

  • Coordinating office activities and operations in compliance with company policies
  • Supervise office operations and delegating responsibilities
  • Manage administration affairs, including running of the office, reception, building & facilities maintenance, inventory management
  • To manage procurement activities and ensure efficiency. 
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation.
  • Work and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Act as a backup receptionist as and when needed.
  • Assist in basic HR Administration

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Management.
  • At least 5 – 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft words, Excel.  Experience in using SAP HR system is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good time-management skills; strong Ethics and Discretion
