Overview:
The Clients & Industries (C&I) team plays a vital role in supporting Deloitte Malaysia’s growth strategy. We focus on building industry eminence, strengthening strategic client relationships, and enabling profitable revenue growth through insight-led marketing and account development initiatives.
We are looking for a driven and capable Manager – Industry Program to join our team in Malaysia. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, develop and execute integrated industry marketing campaigns, and support strategic client programs. For this you will collaborate with industry and marketing teams across Southeast Asia, account leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives that strengthen Deloitte’s brand presence and industry positioning in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned industries or programs in collaboration with industry leaders and stakeholders.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns (e.g., events, digital campaigns, thought leadership) to profile/enhance Deloitte’s market presence and visibility.
- Collaborate with SEA and local marketing teams to ensure alignment with regional strategy and brand guidelines.
Strategic Client & Account Development
- Support strategic client programs by managing account planning activities, preparing engagement reports, and tracking progress against account goals.
- Drive implementation of client development initiatives for priority accounts in partnership with industry and client leaders.
- Provide marketing support for key pursuits and proposal efforts where needed.
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Partners, Directors, and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of strategic marketing activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing and account management outputs across multiple concurrent projects.
- Contribute to regional industry networks and connect with global counterparts to bring leading practices into local initiatives.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, business development, or program management. Prior experience in a professional services or B2B environment is preferred.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and execution.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
- Team Orientation: A strong team player who can work across teams and geographies while contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint (for presentation development) and Excel (for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards).
