Work you’ll do:
- Provide assistance to direct superior during payroll cycles, including salary calculations, bonuses, allowances, and other payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN and stay up-to-date with any changes in payroll legislation.
- Register new joiners for EPF, SOCSO, and tax through the government portals.
- Manage employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and assist in payroll reconciliation and year-end EA form processing.
- Participate in payroll projects to enhance efficiency, including automation and system upgrades.
- Manage staff insurance benefits, such as medical insurance and billing.
- Handle HRDF submissions and reimbursements.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a medium-to-large organization.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, Timesoft, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
