Key Responsibilities:
Staff Lounge Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the staff lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Ensure lounge facilities are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained at all times
- Coordinate meal breaks, refreshments, and seating arrangements
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
- Conduct regular checks of lounge areas, and pantry sections
Staff Supervision
- Supervise housekeeping, pantry, or service staff assigned to the lounge
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance
- Provide guidance and on-the-job training to lounge staff
Inventory & Supplies Management
- Monitor and control stock of pantry items, refreshments, crockery, and consumables
- Coordinate procurement and ensure adequate supply levels
- Prevent wastage and manage costs effectively
Employee Service & Support
- Ensure courteous and efficient service to employees
- Handle employee feedback, complaints, and requests professionally
- Promote a respectful and pleasant lounge atmosphere
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with administration and facility management teams
- Maintain records related to attendance, inventory, and expenses
- Prepare reports and submit updates to management as required

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in staff facilities, hospitality, or lounge management
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking
- Problem-solving and service-oriented mindset
