Work you’ll do
As a Manager on the Corporate Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Southeast Asia (SEA) leadership teams and stakeholders in advancing strategic priorities while aligning with the firm’s vision.
The role has a primary focus on supporting the firm’s Corporate Development agenda, with an emphasis on inorganic growth (acquisitions, strategic partnerships, etc.). You will work with the junior members to complete tasks such as market scans, due diligence, building of business cases, management reporting, and post-merger integration.
In addition, you will engage closely with corporate strategy initiatives. You will work with the team to conduct primary and secondary research, perform data analysis, and support leadership agendas, strategy workshops, and firm communications.

Requirements
Successful candidates will have a recognized degree from a top-tier academic institution and have related experience in corporate development or investments related from professional services or boutique advisory environments. Candidates are to have at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience and the ability to meet each of the following criteria below:
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish relationship with stakeholders and work closely with them to complete transactions;
- Prior experience in managing M&A transactions is an advantage; financial modeling, market scans, due diligence, etc.
- Structured thinker with exceptional problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues;
- Experienced in structuring and developing presentation materials for formal communications (internal and external);
- "Can do" attitude and willingness to learn from and contribute to a high-performance culture;
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor
