Work you'll do

To support change and transformation in Malaysian Audit Practice and subsequent support to SEA operations. To collaborate with stakeholders, to provide research to develop insights and spearhead application of technology and audit innovation. The objective is to provide eminence, strive for high performance culture, quality deliverables and to steer effective management of portfolio and resources.


  • To assist in identifying areas for improvements and developing process improvement programs to drive greater effectiveness and efficiencies in audit practice.
  • To assist in developing pro-active risk analysis, granular risk assessments on market and industry specifics and its relationships with audit.
  • To assist in developing market intelligence, research, collate and review data to facilitate insights for audit practice.
  • To support SEA Practice Review operations including collating data from various practice offices, analyzing data to be used in the SEA Practice Review and managing reporting requirements of SEA Practice Review.
  • To support reporting function for Audit Quality Monitoring & Measurement, monitor and follow up to ensure Malaysia practice office complies with the necessary DTTL policies and guidance.

  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in the audit profession.
  • Proven track records in project management with good time and resource management.
  • Strong ability to listen, analyze and resolve issues independently.
  • Conceptual thinking and pragmatic in execution.
  • Good interpersonal, facilitation and leadership skills.
