Work you’ll do


The Controllership Services (CoS) team is responsible for supporting accounting analysis and general ledger activities. The team employs various tools, reports and schedules to ensure high quality deliverables. As a member of our CoS team, you will have the opportunity to interact with many groups across the global network to conduct daily job requirements such as:

  • Creation and/or posting of non-systematic journal entries following policy guidelines and requirements
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts within the BlackLine tool
  • Support local Business processes by reviewing revenue adjustments and to provide periodic revenue reporting
  • Create/modify/close/block/unblock internal (non-client) project codes and investigate time/expense charges on internal project codes
  • Research, reconcile and monitor accruals / prepaid accounts and prepare/propose related journal entries as needed
  • Research specific account activity and to propose/create journal entries as needed
  • Capitalize fixed asset purchases in SAP following  policy guidelines and to support subsequent accounting treatment throughout asset life cycle
  • Record and perform accounting activities on leased technology assets in SAP
  • Capitalize intangible assets in accordance with local requirements and produce periodic reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. 
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of business applications such as: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team 
  • Must clearly understand how to handle confidential information
  • Ability to quickly understand and learn new skills / technologies
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or BlackLine is a plus
  • Excellent analytical capabilities – research, problem solving, attention to detail, etc.
  • Proficient in virtual/remote collaboration
