Work you’ll do


  • Assist Deloitte employees with technology problems over the phone, email, chat, voicemail & webforms in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact in escalating issues and dealing with problem callers.
  • Perform direct resolution of the problem or escalation to another team as the case may be.
  • Provide accurate guidance in a professional and timely manner.

  • Any degree (degree in IT is desirable, but not essential) 
  • Min 2 years working experience in customer services/service desk/helpdesk environment.
  • Experience working in service desk focusing on Finance/Accounting area is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must have basic knowledge about computer software and hardware.
  • Able to work on shift rotation/overtime and agile environment.
  • Able to work in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
