Work you’ll do

 

  • Preparation of complete set financial statements under IFRS / SFRS / MFRS
  • Preparation of consolidation workings for group financial reporting
  • Preparation, conversion and review of financial statements into eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format for filing in Singapore.
  • Assist in supervising and performing extensive reviews of the working papers of junior associate team members
  • Assist in client’s finance function activities (ie assist client in completing reporting package, consolidation, audit schedules etc)
  • Perform various administrative work with client portfolios
  • Assist in managing and coaching junior associate team members

Requirements

 

  • Preferably a member of MIA/MICPA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA Australia or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of audit, or financial statements & conso preparation experience in a reputable audit firm
  • Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Good understanding of business and risk management issues
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Able to work a fast-paced work environment and handles multiple engagements simultaneously and to be able to integrate into different organisations and cultures
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows
