Work you’ll do


  • Participate and contribute in Deloitte’s digital transformation projects to streamline data and enhance data management practices
  • Advise on best practices in application configuration, workflow, customisations and data validations
  • Provide analytical and insights support for key stakeholders across business units in SEA
  • Transform CRM and revenue data into actionable insights
  • Manage CRM data quality and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop reports/dashboards using Power BI
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
  • Promote analytics driven decision making processes across multiple systems
  • Support CRM operations around reporting and analytics
  • Any ad-hoc CRM related matters

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience with CRM, analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence strongly preferred
  • Analytical ability with proven expertise with MS Excel and Power BI
  • Familiarity with concepts like Macro/SQL/HTML/Python a plus
  • Enjoy working with data to identify trends and to make recommendations
  • Diligent in execution and able to think critically
  • An analytical and logical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to present ideas to multi-functional teams and senior management
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
