Work you’ll do
You will support our clients with their Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities to help them achieve a secure and compliant enterprise digital landscape by following industry best-practices around cyber risks management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and operate enterprise IAM solutions
- Interact with clients, including working with client teams per the prescribed delivery model
- Support SLAs achievement for support of our clients’ IAM applications and platforms
- Perform debugging and troubleshooting of IAM issues, which may require interfacing with Technology Vendors or Principals
- Develop, configure, optimize and customize IAM solutions
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on industry IAM products and support client calls
- Perform routine health checks on internal monitoring systems and components
- Prepare reports, performance metrics and dashboards for various clients

Requirements
- Candidates with IT related Degree or equivalent specializations in Computer Science, Information Technology with relevant majoring in cyber security are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Identity Management
- Candidates with relevant cyber security certifications preferred
- Experience and knowledge in one or more IAM products such as CyberArk, Sailpoint, ForgeRock and Okta
- Experience and knowledge in one or more platform technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, Linux / Unix OS
- Cyber security related experience in a technical or operational role would be preferred
- Knowledge of business processes, user provisioning / entitlement review processes and security maintenance processes
- Willingness to join a roster of on-call team members for after-hours support
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
