Work you’ll do

 

  • Role will assume operational responsibility for all CTC-FO catalog items delivered to GFS clients/geographies within the AP region (Billing, Collection, CES, etc.)
  • Role will manage day-to-day operations for these catalog items, including work alignment, issue management,training/ hiring/staffing, process control, process improvement, quality, etc.
  • Role will drive improvement to delivery tools such as ServiceNow and SWIFT to better serve our CTC-FO clients
  • Role will manage all AP region onshore CTC-FO resources and lead the GFS personnel in Hyderabad responsible for CTC-FO service delivery to the AP region
  • Role will drive service delivery quality, process improvement, and the automation effort for CTC-FO activity within the AP region
  • Role will be responsible for ensuring adequate internal controls, for providing evidential matter that supports compliance, and for driving a control mindset within the operations team supporting the AP region
  • Role will be responsible for training, development, and performance management for all CTC-FO personnel serving the AP region
  • Role will develop relationships with process teams and key stakeholders within the AP geographies served by GFS (e.g., TW, JP, SEA, etc.) and will collaborate with these stakeholders on strategy, service delivery/quality, etc.
  • Role will advance the GFS service catalog and will onboard additional geographies and/or services as appropriate
  • Role will work closely with the CTC-FO EMEA lead and Americas lead to ensure consistent, standardized approaches for all CTC FO activities across all geographies and to drive world-class quality across the processes.

Requirements

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of billing, collections, and engagement support activities supported by CTC-FO
  • Must be resident within the AP region, work a shift time that aligns with the GFS clients within the AP region, and must be able to communicate effectively to business partners at all levels within organizations supported by GFS
  • Must possess a minimum of 8-10 years leading large, diverse finance operation teams
  • Must be familiar with leading virtual teams and operating in a virtual work environment
  • Must have in-depth, transactional knowledge for billing, collections, engagement support, etc.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 and SWIFT experience are a plus
  • Must have experience operating across cultures, especially with global delivery centers
  • Must align to the GFS strategy of providing world-class client service and operational excellence
