Work you’ll do:
- Co-ordinates and consolidates monthly financial data submitted by countries and business functions by the stipulated timelines.
- Provides necessary supports to Southeast Asia Finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis of financial results.
- Ability to design templates and reports to facilitate Planning, Forecast and Actual financials preparation and consolidation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial dashboards and various meeting materials.
- Liaise and coordinate with local country finance and business functions for relevant financials insights.
- Coordinate submission of monthly reports to Asia Pacific and Global Office not later than the due dates.
- Any other assignments or projects which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Degree in Accountancy or Business Management can apply
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Working experience using SAP System and Power BI is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong MS Office knowledge especially in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organization and administrative support skills
- Excellent time management and ability to perform in a deadline-based environment
- Strong team player that focus in support the team in achieving results
- Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication and fluent in English (verbal and written)
