Work you’ll do
 

  • Responsible in day-to-day HR operations that includes end-to-end learning administration support, HR system troubleshooting, basic system configurations, error-fixing, perform data entry tasks in an accurate and timely manner, and other related support within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Responsible for SEA HR Project delivery as assigned
  • Good analytical skills to support the reporting function and needs of the business, including monthly and ad-hoc reporting for SEA Countries.
  • Point of contact for all learning related queries and HR systems related issues/queries.
  • Escalate issues and missing data for resolution quickly and follow through to closure.
  • Assist on other operation tasks as a backup role in the absence of team members.
  • Continuously strive to provide high quality service of SSC to meet or exceed agreed service levels.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in SAP HR, SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office – excel.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) are essential.
  • Highly motivated with a passion for performance-oriented work processes
  • Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skill
  • Team player with ability work well under pressure and to adapt in a fast paced changing environment
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
