Work you’ll do



The key responsibilities of the position include but no limited to:


  • Project Management: Lead and manage the delivery of various SEA HRSSC initiatives / projects, leading to the successful implementation of the initiatives /projects within stipulated timeline.
  • Stakeholder/Relationship Management: Engage and work closely with SEA support and country HR teams.
  • Change Management: Drive and manage change across the firm.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee HRSSC team operations including to review and recommend innovative suggestions / initiatives that can further enhance the service delivery of the team, drive efficiencies across HR processes and provide more value-add services to the business and leaders.

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of HR generalist experience with proven project management track record is required for this position. Experience in a professional services firm and/or Shared Service Centre exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Strategic in mindset and operationally hands on.
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in SAP and Learning Management system and provesses will be an added advantage.
