Work you’ll do

  • Responsible of day-to-day operations related to HR systems that include troubleshooting, basic system configurations, error-fixing, managing system upgrades/changes and other related support within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Point of contact for country HR team to resolve all HR systems related issues/queries.
  • Support the reporting function and needs of the business, including monthly and ad-hoc reporting for SEA Countries.
  • Support in the review, testing and implementation of new system features to stay up-to-date on all system releases and fixes.
  • Co-lead and / or support in the delivery of regional HR projects and initiatives assigned.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met according to expected quality standards.
  • Actively drive continuous improvement, HR process harmonization and automation that delivers measurable value to the firm.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in SuccessFactors Recruitment module and SAP HR is an added advantage.
  • At least 3-4 years of operations related HR experience, preferably in an HR shared service environment.
  • Strong MS skills
  • Good project management skills with proven track records in leading and/ or executing organization wide projects.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Great team player, a self-starter and prioritize self-development.
  • Excellent problem solving, and good analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Can see the big picture and pragmatic in execution
