Work you’ll do

 

  • Manage and operate enterprise IGA solutions.
  • Interact with clients, including working with client teams per the prescribed delivery model.
  • Support SLAs achievement for support of our clients’ IGA applications and platforms.
  • Perform debugging and troubleshooting of IGA issues, which may require interfacing with Technology Vendors or Principals.
  • Develop, configure, optimize and customize IGA solutions.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on industry IGA products and support client calls.
  • Perform routine health checks on internal monitoring systems and components.
  • Prepare reports, performance metrics and dashboards for various clients.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology with relevant majoring in cyber security are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Identity Management.
  • Cyber security related experience in a technical or operational role would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of business processes, user provisioning / entitlement review processes and security maintenance processes.
  • Experience in quality assurance (QA) process will be an advantage (UAT, performance testing, automation testing).
  • Experience in implementation in cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Implementing and customization of AM/IGA/PAM product to fulfill client requirements, meet industry best practices and regulatory requirements. 
  • Candidates with relevant cyber security certifications preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in one or more IAM products such as SailPoint, Saviynt etc.
  • Experience and knowledge in one or more platform technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Windows OS, Linux / Unix OS.
  • Experience with the following programming languages (Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, SQL).
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Willing to join a roster of on-call team members for after-hours support.
  • Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellet verbal and written communication skills.
