Key Role and Responsibilities:

As a key member of Southeast Asia Learning and Development team, you will work with various teams to deliver enriching leadership and professional development experiences to our people. You will be required to showcase excellent communication, problem-solving and planning skills across a highly cross-functional stakeholder base to support the growth and development of our people.

 

Work you’ll do:

You will be making an impact in the following L&D areas, ensuring efficiency, standards and quality in learning delivery and technology tools

 

  • Operations: Support end to end learning operations, from planning to delivery, including logistic, virtual or in-person support, management of learning calendar and resources (faculty, vendor, facility and inventory)

 

  • Technology: Manage learning technology and support the end-to-end enhancement of learning technology tool, from ideation to prototyping and user acceptance testing

 

  • Administration: Provide learning administration support and act as business partner to our people. Leverage reporting tools to produce regular reports and to ensure compliance with defined processes

 

  • Other Projects: Support regional learning projects and initiatives as assigned and in a senior executive role, opportunity to lead regional projects.

 

Level of role will be determined based on qualifications and experiences.

Requirements:

 

  • Degree in relevant or related field
  • Passionate in people development and aspire to develop a career in Learning & Development function
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Great team player and able to collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks to achieve desired results
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision to see things through successful execution
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to meet agreed timeline
  • Proficient in MS Office and learning technology tools
  • Working experience in a professional services or comparable industry is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
