Key Role and Responsibilities:

As a key member of Southeast Asia Learning and Development team, you will work with various teams to deliver enriching leadership and professional development experiences to our people. You will be required to showcase excellent communication, problem-solving and planning skills across a highly cross-functional stakeholder base to support the growth and development of our people.


Work you’ll do:

You will be making an impact in the following L&D functional areas, ensuring all solutions are delivered in a consistent, impactful and efficient manner via our delivery channels:


  • Solutions: Learning solutions design, development and delivery including facilitation​, assessment of learning needs and tracking of learning effectiveness.


  • Operations: Manage end to end learning operations, from planning to delivery, including logistic, virtual or in-person support, management of learning calendar and resources (faculty, vendor, facility and inventory)


  • Technology: Support the end-to-end enhancement of learning technology tool, from ideation to prototyping and user acceptance testing


  • Other Projects: Support regional learning projects and initiatives as assigned and in a senior executive role, opportunity to lead regional projects.


Level of role will be determined based on qualifications and experiences.

  • Degree in relevant or related field
  • Passionate in people development and aspire to develop a career in Learning & Development function (solutions, operations or technology)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including ability to conduct Train-the-trainer and build a community of internal faculty
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with others and work effectively in a team environment to achieve desired results
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision to see things through successful execution
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks to meet agreed timeline
  • Working experience in a professional services or comparable industry is an added advantage
