Work you’ll do


1. Operations Excellence


  • Responsible for day-to-day SAP operations and service delivery.
  • Responsible for Production support metrics (incidents management, change requests, SLAs)
  • Responsible for release and change management.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership when major changes are instituted, such as major upgrades and regional roll outs.
  • Develop and mentor SAP support team members onshore and offshore.
  • Engage with key stakeholders from business units across the region to drive delivery of customer-focused solutions.


2. Project Delivery


  • Lead/Project manage medium to large scale SAP implementations
  • Manage stakeholders’ relationships and expectations.
  • Manage quality of deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
  • Manage deployment and transition to production operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT, Accountancy or Business Administration.
  • At least 12 years of SAP functional experience in FICO, Logistics or Project System (PS), with several full cycle implementations. Experience in multi-countries implementation / deployment is preferred.
  • Experienced in leading production support, operations and implementation teams.
  • Experienced in managing projects.
  • Experience with PMO best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience communicating with senior organizational leadership
  • Able to travel regionally.
