Work you’ll do

  • Data extraction from various systems for use in management discussion and analysis
  • Data manipulation using tools such as Excel, Qlikview, PowerBi and/or Tableau to load and transform raw data into standard data models
  • Data analysis, visualizing results through interactive dashboards which you will build
  • Performing and coordinating reconciliations to verify the completeness and accuracy of data
  • Carry out data quality checks which will need to be raised to management if any problems occur
  • Manage a portfolio of reporting deliverables to local leadership and Asia Pacific, ensuring tasks are being done on time and in an efficient and accurate manner
  • Assist in the training and facilitation of audit platform training modules to professionals
  • Project management and coordination of various change and transformation activities

  • At least 3 years experience in related field 
  • Technology savvy and keen to learn new technologies and how it applies to our workflows
  • Creative and thinks outside the box
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong brand knowledge will be an advantage
  • Prior experience working with and managing large data sets, including extraction and merges from source systems, data cleansing and transformations, and providing preliminary descriptive analytics findings
  • Additional prior experience working in Audit, Qlikview, PowerBi and/or Tableau would be beneficial
  • Individuals should be enthusiastic and have a flair for problem solving and troubleshooting
