The Southeast Asia Partner Affairs Office (SEA PAO) is part of the Office of the SEA CEO which supports the firm in managing all activities and processes in partner management such as partner admission, onboarding, development, performance and compensation, among others. It also supports the CEO and executive team on firm-wide strategic initiatives on partner matters.
The SEA PAO is seeking a PAO Shared Service Centre (SSC) Senior Executive / Executive to support our SEA PAO Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Southeast Asia. This candidate shall support the SSC in the administration of partner operational matters, financial management and operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring that partner-related administration activities across the Southeast Asia practice offices are executed with consistency, accuracy and on a timely basis
Work you’ll do:
- Partner-related Administration
Work with in-country PAO finance and local teams (e.g. payroll team, etc.) on partner’s compensation distribution matters ensuring accurate and consistent approach in the distributions via different payment modes and channels, and payroll administration across SEA. Work with SEA Chief Tax officer and in-country Chief Tax Officers to ensure consistent execution of tax administration matters, as set up by the Chief Tax Officers, that relate to partners’ compensation including tax equalization practices.
- Quality Management
Ensure and maintain quality and integrity of data, reports and metrics across partner-related matters.
- Process Improvement & Standardization
Drive continuous harmonisation, improvement and automation of administrative processes across PAO functions to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Reporting & Analysis
Develop and deliver periodic reporting and forecasting to appropriate firm leadership stakeholders. Deliver insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the firm management.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner closely with key stakeholders including finance, human resource, tax, legal, and firm leadership teams to support business goals and compliance obligations.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the SEA PAO SSC Manager and PAO SSC Lead.

Requirements:
Professional qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in financial management, e.g in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a shared service or regional finance hub
- Prior experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is an advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Skills and Attributes
- Good understanding of financial reporting standards and internal controls
- Working knowledge of taxation in Southeast Asia is preferred
