Work you’ll do

Operations:

  • Lead CoS operations for all Asia Pac countries
  • Manage all service delivery, insuring timeliness, and quality
  • Perform SM level reviews needed on deliverables
  • Resolve issues, updating GFS leaders as needed
  • Ensure compliance with GFS CoS internal controls and local country requirements
  • Standardize and enhance our processes across all countries
  • Lead regular operations touchpoints with country finance leads and develop trusted relationships with them to drive further expansion of services
  • Oversee expansion of new activities from existing clients

 

Onboarding new countries:

  • Lead operations onboarding for all Asia Pac countries
  • Educate local firm on GFS activities we will be performing and taking the lead on addressing questions on weekly calls
  • Ensure completion of GFS tracking deliverables and testing
  • Develop initial process list of activities to be performed by GFS and making sure we have the necessary process documents and training to complete them prior to deployment date
  • Understand local internal control/ approval requirement

 

Team Management for Controllership:

  • Manage both local and India resources, ensuring team is properly onboarded, developed, engaged, and challenged
  • Optimize team structure
  • Invest in careers of high performing individuals across the broader team by coaching/mentoring
  • Create and promote GFS culture across the team
  • Use leadership and business expertise to lead special CoS projects Relationship Management
  • Develop trust-based relationships with our geography leaders to drive service catalog adoption and expansion
  • Be the expert that others call upon for advice, guidance, counsel, and insight
  • Engage other GFS teams, as needed, to develop and deliver optimal innovative solutions
  • Foster a collaborative culture based on teamwork, talent development, mentoring, and coaching

Requirements

 

  • Bachelors Degree, with excellent computer skills with 8+ years working experience in RTR activities:
  • Proven leader and team player with the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
  • Experience optimizing, implementing, and sharing best practices and related change management needed to drive adoption across geographies
  • Strong communications, problem solving and project management skills
  • Ability to lead and work within a virtual team
  • Self-motivated and able to plan/drive/ execute projects without supervision
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, SME knowledge of the firm's SAP financial systems and working knowledge of BlackLine
