Work you’ll do



  1. Design, development, and delivery of talent development programs that focused on addressing high-impact leadership, leveraging on education, exposure and experience development
  2. Conduct learning needs analysis (focus group discussion, survey analysis, benchmarking to world-class standards and being in-tune to changing needs)
  3. Make use of knowledge in L&D trends, latest research and technology to design, create and develop formal and informal learning solutions to meet organizational needs and build future capability
  4. Analyze and select the most appropriate strategy, methodologies, and technologies to maximize the learning experience and impact, engages the learner and produces desired behavioural changes
  5. Drive change management from traditional to new way of learning, towards a culture of self-directed and social learning leveraging digital platform
  6. Promote user adoption by curating digital learning content and make it readily available to learners
  7. Market and create consistent messaging that communicate the value of our talent programs/initiatives
  8. Engage and drive conversation in social learning platform, monitor and respond to learner needs, and synthesize insights from the interactions
  9. Facilitate learning programs and build internal faculty pool to enable leader-led learning including onboarding, developing (i.e. train the trainer), assigning and managing faculty resources
  10. Gather, organize, and analyse information regarding the impact of learning solutions including behavioural modification as a result of the learning process.
  11. Develop close partnerships with all levels of business leaders and stakeholders across Southeast Asia, Asia Pacific and global networks.
  12. Supports other talent initiatives when required including organization design, performance management, change management, organization and team effectiveness, employee engagement and culture change.

  1. Collaborative leadership – work with various leadership stakeholders to steer overall talent development strategies
  2. Program management – manage end to end multiple programs delivery across SEA with strong planning, vendor/stakeholder engagement and problem solving skills
  3. Instructional development – understand adult learning methods and instructional design to create/curate effective learning experience and content
  4. Facilitation skills – clearly present and facilitate transfer of knowledge to learners, including the ability to gain and retain the attention and involvement of sophisticated and challenging audiences in both in-person and virtual setting
  5. Communication skills – develop and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization.
  6. Data analytic – Gather, organize, and analyse information on learning needs, engagement and impact of learning solutions, and present concise actionable results
  7. Tech-savvy – agile and strong technology skills, able to put technology to the best of use to meet learners’ needs.
  8. Writing skills – present information to audience in clear and concise manner, tailor to the purpose and audience’s needs.
  9. BA or BS in Training and Development, Organizational Development or related field.
  10. At least 2 years experience in designing, creating and facilitating leadership development programs using variety of learning tools
  11. At least 2 years working experiences in professional services industry or related fields such as consultancy, law/legal and banking and financial services.
  12. Knowledge of working culture in SEA or experience working abroad is a plus.
