Work you’ll do
As part of the regional talent team, the role is envisioned to support in delivering impact in people and organizational development at the regional level.
- Executive Onboarding and Integration: Supervise and coordinate the onboarding process for executive hires across Southeast Asia (SEA) to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. Collaborate with country HR heads to tailor onboarding programs that meet regional and local needs while maintaining alignment with the organization's standards.
- Talent Engagement and Retention Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies that foster engagement and retention for senior leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership development objectives.
- Planning and Execution of Leadership Programs: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute leadership development programs for senior-level executives, ensuring quarterly milestones are met.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Support: Collaborate with country HR leaders to align local DEI activities with regional priorities and ensure consistent messaging and outcomes.
- Employee Survey Management: Develop and execute communication plans to support the annual employee survey across SEA, ensuring timely dissemination and engagement. Analyze survey data to provide actionable insights, crafting detailed reports to inform leadership decision-making.
- Internal Communications and Updates: Draft, review, and release communications related to SEA Talent initiatives, ensuring updates are clear, concise, and impactful.
- Coordination of Annual Employee Programs: Provide support in coordinating and optimizing yearly employee programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's talent strategy.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR and Talent teams across SEA to ensure alignment and collaboration on talent strategies.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data to provide insights on executive talent trends, engagement levels, and development needs.
- Enhancing Employer Brand and Reputation: Support branding-related initiatives to strengthen Deloitte's position as an employer of choice in SEA.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management/ Business Studies/ Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years HR generalist experience, preferably focusing on talent management and or employee engagement. Experience in a professional services firm or regional exposure will be an added advantage.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs and initiatives.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and connect with people.
