Work you’ll do


  • Support the Deloitte WorldClass Senior Manager in executing Deloitte WorldClass initiatives from start to finish (planning, executing and reporting);

  • Participate in the development and implementation of training modules related to educational and skills development;

  • Working with SEA WorldClass Senior Manager on external partnerships in order to increase project and program scope and reach; 

  • Help build and maintain a network of volunteers who support WorldClass initiatives across the region;

  • Support in creating and managing innovative projects and programs that target maximising social impact across Deloitte's business units and across the region, in partnership with other Deloitte professionals and external stakeholders; 

  • Facilitate and cultivate synergies with internal and external stakeholders, such as non-governmental organisations, academia, social entrepreneurs, partner organizations, local authorities, and local communities (current and prospective), in order to develop long-term sustainable programs for growth and scale; 

  • Engage internal and external stakeholders in the process of measuring, evaluating, and reporting project and program results; 

  • Exercise creativity to develop communication/engagement tools targeted at internal and external stakeholders and ideas to drive scalable impact;

  • Support to manage the Learning & Development programme for all WorldClass volunteers and CSR professionals;

  • Coordinate impact reporting with each WorldClass country representative;

  • Minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 years’ experience in a multi-national organisation

  • Corporate responsibility experience related to education and skills development

  • Hands-on-experience in handling end-to-end projects with inter-department involvement

  • High level of organizational skills and able to multitask

  • Enjoys interacting with people and passionate about giving back to the communities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability of building cross-sector partnerships

  • Strong work ethics



  • Regional experience would be a plus

  • CSR experience related to education and skills development / training

  • Skills in identifying social challenges
