Work you’ll do

• Assist the team in delivering proposals and projects relating to enterprise risks covering integrated risk management framework, corporate governance and business resilience
• Assist the team in developing research oriented thought leadership publications
• Assist in the provision of specialised input and undertake the delivery of work to assist clients in implementing corporate governance practices and managing risk in accordance with the risk appetite
• Assist in the conduct of board evaluation, board remuneration review and moderation of general meeting proceedings for clients
• Contribute input on matters relating to business continuity management, disaster recovery and crisis management
• Conduct research on emerging topics
• Assist in the conduct of capacity building programmes (e.g. trainings and workshops)

Requirements

• A Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or related fields
• Possess basic level of understanding on risk management and corporate governance
• Familiarity with internationally adopted risk management frameworks and corporate governance standards
• Possessing basic knowledge of both local and global developments covering economic, social and governance issues would be an added advantage
