Work you’ll do
- Assist in the delivery of financial risk management projects for banking and financial institutions.
- Provide advice on regulatory risk, capital management, and governance frameworks, including Basel I/II/III/IV, IFRS 9, and other evolving standards.
- Help clients implement and enhance risk management frameworks for market risk, credit risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk as well as climate risk and others emerging risks.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analysis, and validation of internal models (e.g., stress testing, scenario analysis, and credit risk modeling).
- Develop policies and procedures to manage financial risks in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Support regulatory stress testing and capital adequacy assessments (ICAAP, ILAAP).
- Provide clients with insights on risk reporting, risk dashboards, and risk appetite frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated risk solutions, leveraging technology, analytics, and data management.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging risks to provide timely advice to clients.
- Contribute to business development activities, including the preparation of proposals and presentations for clients.

Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Management, or other related majors.
- Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a good team player.
- Highly motivated, confident, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multi-task.
