Work you’ll do

 

  • As a Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) and single-point-of-contact on talent management matters for the assigned business groups across the region in SEA

  • Proactive in providing advice to business groups, providing solutions in strategic workforce planning and areas that enables retention and development of our employees

  • Act as an employee champion and change agent in identifying key challenges to workforce performance, people investment and HR initiatives to implementing these solutions for the business and employees

  • Manage complex employee relations issues and address grievances by partnering with business leaders and Legal in exercising outstanding judgement in resolving such issues

  • Thought leader in providing feedbacks and best practices in developing areas such as people agenda, policies and processing relating to human capital

  • Partner with other HRBPs and cross functional teams such as Comp & Ben, L&D and Talent Acquisition in developing and delivering best practices to the business group(s)

  • Ability to use data from relevant sources in producing key indicators and insights to the business to monitor the effectiveness of the people agenda

  • Facilitates talent review discussions and manage/support end-to-end performance management process for the business

Requirements

 

  • Over 12 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years in a business partnering role working with stakeholders across all levels

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree qualification is highly preferred

  • Optimistic and motivated individual with a "can do" mentality

  • Outstanding communications skills and a confident individual who articulates well

  • Enjoy connecting and engaging with people

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Able to develop creative solutions to problems

  • A change agent, ability to multitask and comfortable working with a certain degree of ambiguity

  • Strong knowledge in local employment laws and HR policies
