This role sits within Advertising Marketing & Commerce. As part of Advertising Marketing and Commerce (AMC), you will work with the team to help our clients optimize their Digital Marketing initiatives, leveraging data, technology and marketing strategy. 


You will:

  • Bring Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical & product expertise to deliver best-in-class marketing automation solutions to clients.
  • Be part of dynamic client team that will be responsible for driving marketing automation solutions at a client site.
  • Leading the solution design process with Marketing Cloud including building journeys, writing queries, building data extensions, writing AMPScripts and knowledge of SSJS.
  • Debug campaign automation solutions as well as maintaining and troubleshooting in-flight solutions.
  • Assist in the design of marketing automation programs including triggered sends, automation activities, platform configuration, multi-channel integrations, audience segmentation, and other components needed for marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with project teams to design solutions for cross-platform interaction and create data models with CRM/service platforms to pass engagement data back and forth.
  • Assist with the implement of marketing automation & CRM solutions and provide recommendations that drive results for client campaigns and larger business objectives.
  • Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especially when faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity.
  • Deliver on multiple initiatives in the same time frame with minimal supervision.

If you are someone with:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent 
•    At least 1-4 years of software development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and must have the following skills: 
o    Database design: Data Extension, Contact Builder, Primary Key/SubscriberKey/ContactKey design 
o    Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio (Cloudpage)
o    AMPscript / Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)
o    Experience with API integrations (SOAP/REST)
o    Front end development experience with HTML, CSS and Java script
o    Working Knowledge of SQL
o    Automations with SQL for data view/data extension, data extract/transfer activity.
o    Data administration: import/export, SFTP
o    System administration: User & Role, Business unit management.
o    Custom Activity (is a plus).  
•    Presales: Experience in configuration & developing Proof of Concepts and assist in development effort sizing
•    Delivery: Minimum 1-4 years of SF Project implementation experience on the development phase. Preferably in SF iterative or agile implementation methodology  
•    Delivery: Able to execute project work independently or minimal assistance  
•    Certifications in Salesforce.com Email Specialist, Admin, Consultant are a plus  
•    Good communications skills, attitude and ability to interact comfortably with both business users and technical team are mandatory  
•    Understanding basic Software and Project Management life cycle are essential  
•    Exhibit good team player spirit and promote collaboration  
•    Strong passion for technology, attitude for learning and a commitment for excellence  
•    Experience in Consulting is highly preferred
