Work you’ll do

•    Partner with Business Leader to set up and build the delivery center with focus on recruiting and onboarding new joiners during start up phase.
•    Manage and deliver the day to day operations of assigned HR  projects and duties which include   talent acquisition, on boarding, performance/ talent management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition 
•    HR partner to leaders and employees, provide sound advice on all HR / talent related enquiries. 
•    Lead or support special projects/ initiatives when assigned.
•    Work closely with the regional HR team on implementation of key HR projects/ initiatives and ensure employee’s records are kept up to date.

•    Bachelor’s degree in a related course
•    Proven track record as HR generalist / Business Partner in a SSC setup/environment.
•    Proficient in MS applications, experience on SAP HR system is an added advantage.
•    Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement with ability to influence across all levels.
•    Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
•    Big picture thinking and pragmatic in execution
