Work you’ll do

 

You are part of Deloitte Southeast Asia’s talent acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast-growing Deloitte Consulting practice. You strive (both individually and in team) in giving the best-in-class experience to our hiring managers, internal stakeholders, external agencies and most importantly our prospective candidates. You will:

 

Lead a team of dedicated recruiters across Southeast Asia (SE Asia) Consulting:-

 

  • Work with Consulting Stakeholders to understand, prioritise and manage their requirements 
  • Use deep knowledge of effective searching tools and techniques to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking
  • Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, candidate rate negotiation, offer processing and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle 
  • Demonstrating a full understanding of, and responding to, the needs of prospective candidates through effective communication and awareness of market demands

Requirements

 

Experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

  • Completed tertiary qualifications in any discipline
  • 15+ years of recruitment experience in a regional or global structure
  • Extensive internal recruitment team experience in recruiting management consultants across SE Asia
  • Proven experience in leading teams and stakeholder management
  • Excellent research/sourcing skills including use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, fluent oral and written English communication skills 
  • Self-motivated & comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • A sense of humor
