Work you’ll do
For Global Employer Services service line, we are keen on recruiting candidates who are willing to fit into the roles outlined below and have the requisite qualification and acumen to assume responsibilities attached to the job.
- Work closely with tax professionals, immigration specialists, and other team members to deliver comprehensive mobility solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and immigration regulations across different jurisdictions to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of mobility cases
- Implement and manage a risk check process to identify and assess potential compliance risks, ensuring all necessary safeguards are in place
- Have a clear overview on ongoing cases and manage escalations timely and professionally
- Assist in preparing reports for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing the status of expatriate assignments and compliance requirements
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of mobility processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Preparation of tax computation and immigration documentation

Requirements
- Degree holders with related Commerce background who are keen to explore taxation & accounting as a long-term career.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to handle a high volume of work with speed and accuracy
- Able to work with tight datelines and good time management skills
- High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to demonstrate familiarity using Microsoft Office applications
- A team player with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Work experience in administrative accounting work with client-facing experience will be an added advantage.
