Work you’ll do
- To act as Project Manager for global payroll engagement
- To track progress of the deliverables of the various teams involved in the project
- To liaise closely with Client Success Leader in Spain when needed
- To set up, coordinate and attend calls with member firms across the globe and attend to follow up queries by the member firms
- Primarily responsible for stakeholder engagement at the project level.
- Manage project documentation, lessons learned and best practices within the project.
- To assist on other assigned technology related tasks (when needed)

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Project Management or other relevant field
- At least 5-7 years experience preferably in Project Management
- Possesses strong MS Office skills in particular Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Knowledge and familiarity with Project Management tools is an advantage
- Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and excellent organization skills
- Good project management skills and able to multi-task
- Self motivated and able to work independently
