Work you’ll do

• Lead full workstreams of transfer pricing engagements including functional analyses, benchmarking, and TP documentation.
• Review benchmarking analyses and technical sections prepared by consultants / interns.
• Develop TP planning strategies and provide technical input to structuring engagements.
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for client communication and relationship management.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Assist the team with business development efforts including preparing proposals, research, etc. 
• Coach consultants and interns including undertaking internal training.

Requirements  

• Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Taxation/ Law from recognized universities or any professional qualification in similar disciplines.
• Between 2-4 years of transfer pricing work experience, preferably with another professional services firm. Candidates with relevant experience from industry would also be eligible.
• Knowledge and experience of data analytics would be preferred, but not a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Competent in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Leadership and people management skills; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
