Work you’ll do
As part of the central team within Technology and Transformation’s Business Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the seamless execution of project code setups for pursuits across the business. This position focuses on the coordination and follow-up of documentation requirements, ensuring that all necessary approvals, risk management checks, and prerequisite documents are collected and submitted promptly.
You will work cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Quality Risk Management, Pursuit Teams and other relevant stakeholders to gather the required materials, allowing for the timely creation of job codes to facilitate project initiation.
Responsibilities:
- Centrally coordinate and manage documentation workflows to ensure the timely setup of project codes for selected pursuits.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Quality Risk Management, Pursuit Teams and other relevant stakeholders to gather the required documents and approvals for code setup.
- Ensure that all necessary approvals and pre-requisite documents are submitted in a timely manner, preventing delays in the project code issuance process.
- Track progress against internal checklists and escalate bottlenecks or delays
- Maintain organized records of the documentation, approvals, and completed checklists to ensure alignment with internal standards.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with documentation and process requirements, driving efficiencies across the opportunity management process.
- Support updates to internal process documentation and knowledge sharing tools, ensuring team members have access to up-to-date information.

Requirements:
If you are someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations support, or compliance coordination role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate and follow up with cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, or equivalent platforms).Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Prior experience in project operations, risk/compliance, or administrative roles is preferred.
