T&T Collections Consultant (Thai) - MY

Role Summary

Based in Deloitte’s regional delivery center in Kuala Lumpur, you will join our Finance Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team and work directly with customers to answer queries, resolve billing and collection issues, and help address customer disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect & Engage: Interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, helping to address billing, collection, and account-related queries.
• Problem-Solve & Build Relationships: Understand customer needs, work through issues, and provide responsive, personalized support that builds trust.
• Collaborate & Get Things Done: Work closely with Billing and other teams to resolve challenges and keep customer issues moving toward resolution.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Confident communicating in Thai, both verbally and in writing, to support and engage with our customers.
• Education: Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent
• Experience: No prior experience is required. Structured training and on-the-job learning will help you build the skills you need to succeed.
• Working Arrangement: Enjoy the consistency of a day-shift role, working from the office alongside your team.
