Work you'll do:
This role is for Digital Demand Generation. The role is responsible for leading and executing high-impact digital demand gen programs to drive pipeline growth for the client across APAC. This involves designing, executing, and continuously optimizing a comprehensive portfolio of scaled digital events, including always-on weekly webinars, live hands-on labs, rebroadcast events, social campaigns, paid media initiatives etc.
This role acts as a bridge between marketing efforts and sales outcomes by attracting the right audience, maximizing engagement, and generating qualified leads that reliably convert into sales opportunities.
Hence, this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to manage the end-to-end demand gen process, such as campaign planning, audience acquisition, content orchestration, and performance reporting. This includes close collaboration with key stakeholders, such as regional marketing teams, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), sales teams, and external agency partners, to ensure alignment towards shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Plan: A comprehensive portfolio of scaled digital events tailored to the corresponding audiences, including always-on weekly webinars, live hands-on labs, rebroadcast events, social campaigns, paid media initiatives etc.
- Manage & Execute: End-to-end demand gen process, such as event planning, curating event agendas, securing speakers, audience acquisition, content orchestration, venue logistics, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. regional marketing teams, sales teams, BDRs) and external stakeholders (e.g. vendors and creative agencies) to ensure digital demand gen programmes aligns with GTM priorities and a high-quality, cohesive attendee experience.
- Track & Report: Own operational workflows including lead capture, routing, tagging, and follow-ups, ensuring data hygiene and system compliance. Subsequently, deliver post-event analytics and insights, including pipeline attribution, ROI tracking, and campaign reporting.

Requirements:
- Marketing Expertise: 4-6 years experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, digital events or campaign execution, including tech industry exposure and hands-on marketing experience.
- Event Management & Stakeholder Communication:Must be adept at managing complex, high-volume webinar or digital event programs involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders. Must also be an effective communicator in written and spoken form.
- Proficiency with Marketing Tools: Experience with marketing automation tools, webinar platforms, and CRM systems.
- Data & Reporting: Solid experience in driving end-to-end digital demand generation activities and operations. Must be well-versed in digital marketing data analysis and building reports using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Accountability & Integrity: Can drive accountability with strong self-motivated operational excellence and the highest levels of integrity and eye for details.
- Adaptability & Independence: A quick learner who is able to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
